All of your orders made on Vacos official online store will be processed within 3 business days (except pre-orders or out-of-stock orders). Please refer to the specific estimated shipping date for the pre-orders.

Deliveries are made during business hours. Any delivery date given by us is our best estimate only, and Vacos is NOT held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you due to any reasonable or unavoidable delay in the delivery of your order.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order products will not ship until estimated shipping date. All pre-order release dates are estimates only from the supplier and may be adjusted without notice.

Shipping Fees

We provide free shipping for all orders made on Vacos official online store. For products NOT shipped from the local warehouses (the recipient’s address and the shipping warehouse are not in the same area or not in the same country) and without any customs fee declaration, we do NOT be held responsible for any duty, tax (including VAT) and brokerage fee (if needed). These charges are recipient’s responsibility.

International Customs and Duties

All customs and import taxes for international orders are payable by the customer. Many countries charge additional taxes on orders depending on where the goods are sent from, the type of goods, the transactional value of the order and/or the weight of the package. Please check your local information before placing your order for any additional charge or tax your order may incur upon import. We are not responsible for any delay due to customs processing or charges.

If you are liable to pay additional customs and duties on your order(s), you will be contacted by your local authority. If you do not pay the required charge your package may be treated as abandoned. We are unable to refund or replace your order(s) if you are unable or do not wish to pay these charges.

Ownership, Terms and Risks

Please ensure your address details are 100% correct and complete. All orders will only be dispatched to the address given at the checkout. It is your responsibility to check and verify all the delivery information. Should any loss be incurred due to the input of an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be held responsible as the sole bearer of the pecuniary loss. We are NOT responsible for any loss due to the incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction.

Normally, orders that have been shipped out cannot be canceled. If you want to cancel the order(s) that has/have been dispatched, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. Vacos is not responsible for any duty or any charge.

When the products are delivered, you are responsible for checking that the order is complete and undamaged. You need to check the products carefully for any visible damage before you sign for the delivery. If there is any damage, you have the rights to refuse the delivery and let the delivery person know the reason of the refusal.
